When applying AdTech detergent and sanitizer, there should be no special considerations compared to the current products used in the plant cleaning process. In other words, they are stored under the same conditions, and their application does not require any additional implements compared to those used today.

Regarding the benefits observed by the handling staff, it is important to note that both the Detergent and the Sanitizer meet the following criteria:

  • They do not cause irritation upon direct contact with the skin. A demonstration was conducted with the hygiene staff, where detergent was applied directly to the hands without causing irritation.
  • They are odorless, and their chemical composition does not cause intoxication when exposed to these chemicals for prolonged periods. Hygiene staff members provide positive feedback regarding the lack of odor compared to the irritation caused by the chemicals currently used, such as chlorine and peracetic acid, which irritate the respiratory tract.

AdTech Detergent with descaling properties facilitates the removal of rust, eliminating the need for a second product:

With our detergent, which possesses descaling properties, it was possible to observe the ease of removal when acting on surfaces with rust. This proves to be a significant advantage, as the current process of rust removal in the plant requires the use of a different detergent than the one used daily.

AdTech sanitizer requires no rinsing or contact time, saving water resources:

In comparison to the currently used sanitizer, peracetic acid, and AdTech, it should be emphasized that the latter does not require subsequent rinsing or a specific contact time. Therefore, its use would result in a considerable reduction in water resources used in the plant.

Microbiological results show product effectiveness in controlling microorganisms:

Microbiological results obtained after sampling surfaces indicate that AdTech's effectiveness in controlling microorganisms is suitable, keeping them within an acceptable range and within defined parameters.

AdTech is a less concentrated product and has greater durability:

Regarding the concentrations used, the test chemicals are much more concentrated than those currently used in the plant. Therefore, it would imply a higher consumption of products compared to the amount currently used.
